Refund policy

1. Cancellation of Orders

At Pittara, many of our products are handcrafted, hand-painted, and customized upon receiving an order. Therefore, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure efficient processing and production.

1. Cancellation Before Processing

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has entered production, packaging, or dispatch.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact channels, including email, WhatsApp, or phone.

2. Customized and Personalized Products

  • Orders for customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

  • Since these products are created specifically according to customer requirements, no cancellation requests will be accepted after order confirmation.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before placing an order.

4. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Errors in pricing or product information.

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances that prevent order fulfillment.

In such cases, the customer will be informed and any eligible payment received will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Refund on Approved Cancellations

  • If a cancellation request is approved before processing has begun, the applicable refund (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or other deductions, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
