• To request a replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear, uncut video recording from the beginning of the package opening process, showing the package in its original condition before opening.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video and supporting photographs will not be considered.

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• Any claim made after the specified period may be rejected at our sole discretion.

9. Verification and Replacement Approval

• All replacement requests are subject to review and verification by our team.

• We reserve the right to approve or reject a replacement request based on the evidence provided by the customer.

• A replacement will be processed only after we have inspected the submitted uncut video and photographs and confirmed that the reported issue matches the defect, damage, or error claimed.

• Once the claim is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched according to our standard processing and shipping timelines.

• The decision of Pittara regarding replacement eligibility shall be final and binding.
