Replacements

We offer replacements only in case of:

• Damage during transit
• Defective product
• Incorrect item received

To qualify for a replacement, customers must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide a full and proper unboxing video clearly showing the package from start to opening and the issue found

If these conditions are not met, replacement requests cannot be processed.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

Replacement eligibility requires a single continuous unboxing video that shows:

• Outer package condition
• Seal opening
• Product inside
• The defect/damage as received

No edited, paused, or staged videos will be accepted.

Product Condition for Replacement

Approved replacements will be processed only if the product is:

• In original packaging
• With labels/parts intact (if applicable)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once processing has started or the item has shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
