Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within India takes approximately 3-4 business days once order has been dispatched, depending on location.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders.
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional reshipping charges.
*Handcrafted Disclaimer*
All Pittara products are handcrafted and hand-painted. Minor variations in artwork, color, or texture are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.
*Replacements*
We offer replacements only in case of:
Damage during transit
Defective product
Incorrect item received
To qualify for a replacement, customers must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide a full and proper unboxing video clearly showing the package from start to opening and the issue found
If these conditions are not met, replacement requests cannot be processed.
*Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)*
Replacement eligibility requires a single continuous unboxing video that shows:
Outer package condition
Seal opening
Product inside
The defect/damage as received
No edited, paused, or staged videos will be accepted.
*Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable*
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or aesthetic variations.
Handcrafted items & customized/painted products are strictly non-returnable.
*Product Condition for Replacement*
Approved replacements will be processed only if the product is:
Unused
In original packaging
With labels/parts intact (if applicable)
*Cancellations*
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processing has started or the item has shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
